Welcome to LangBytes. LangBytes is a service owned and operated by AlgoDyne Corporation ("us", "we", or "our"). We operate the LangBytes website and mobile application (the "Service").

9. Children's Privacy
Our Service requires users to be at least 18 years old to create an account independently, as stated in our Terms of Service. For users under the age of 18 ("Minors"), a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from Minors without parental consent for account creation. If a parent or guardian creates an account for a Minor, we collect information necessary to provide the Service, such as learning progress and interaction data, under the parent's supervision. Parents have access to review and manage their Minor's account information and activity, including approving lesson content.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your Minor under 18 has provided us with Personal Data without your consent for account creation, please contact us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a Minor under 18 without verification of parental consent for account creation, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
